The Women Development Cell of Naba Ballygunge Mahavidyalaya aims to provide and maintain a healthy, safe, congenial learning environment for girl students, female staff free from gender discrimination and sexual harassment. The mission of the Women Development Cell is to champion the holistic development and well-being of women belonging to the institution. It endeavors to create a campus culture that is free from gender-based discrimination, ensuring that every woman feels safe, respected, and empowered to excel in her academic pursuits. It also aims at providing structural support to the cause of gender equity and women development.
